- Proof of Insurance
- Must be able to pull permits
- Able to complete Lien waivers
- Familiar with city of Chicago Codes
- Read Architectural Plans/Drawings (if required for the project)
- Provide before and after pictures of previous projects (minimum 3)
- Provide at least 5 references Name and Phone numbers
- Familiar with technology (Cell phones, Texting, Internet, Google)
