Job Description

Lead Generation Specialist For Real Estate Investing Company based in North Carolina

Excellent door in to learning how to become a REI through Coaching leading into Acquisitions.

Compensation: Commission

Employment type: Full-Time

Creative Blue-Collar is a fast growing real estate investment firm in North Carolina is seeking a motivated individual to create/manage/organize incoming leads for outside sales team throughout the U.S., to follow up and assist with office admin. Grow with our company as we expand.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming sales leads and input details in our company's CRM.
Build good rapport with sellers interested in selling their properties.
Set appointments for sales team.
Assist with property valuation.
Consistent Follow up with Data Leads
Assist with coordinating sales closings w/title company.
Must be a team player who loves this type of work.


Here's what the ideal candidate would look like:
Excellent phone skills are a must. Must be able to easily build rapport with sellers by phone. Ideal individuals must be enthusiastic, detail oriented, organized and efficient. Telemarketing, inside sales and Real estate experience a plus but not required.


Compensation: commissions per closed transaction
Hours: Variable work from home
