Seeking JV partners for flips and BRRRR's in Southern California
I am a Southern California real estate attorney and real estate broker seeking partners for JV flips or BRRRR's in Southern California. I have experience in flipping and BRRRR's, but not always sufficient time to identify or analyze deals.
