Hey BP!

We've got a commercial property that is going to make for a tremendous development. It's located just a short drive west of Speedway, near the corner of the newly redesigned 465 and Crawfordsville Rd. intersection.

If you've been following the news, you'll know this area has gone through massive redevelopment in the last few years, and it's slotted to have more coming in the near future. The city of Speedway is pumping huge amounts of money into the city. If you haven't seen the changes, take a quick drive down Main St. or around the Crawfordville/465 intersection, and you'll see what I mean!

Just a few months ago, a brand new Courtyard Marriott broke ground on their $12 million dollar project, right near the corner of 465 and Crawfordsville Rd. The hotel will be one of the anchor pieces to the 20 acre mix-use development, which is already host to tenants like Starbucks and Chipotle.
