Brand new realtor in Georgia looking to specialize with investors

I live in metro Atlanta east of the perimeter and got my real estate license at the beginning of this year and I want to specialize in working with investors.
If you are an out of state investor looking to invest in the Atlanta, GA metro area and need boots on the ground or need a second opinion on price, I'd be happy to help!
