Hello! I'm new to Real Estate investing and looking to build/expand my Cash Buyer list. To give you an idea I've researched Craigslist and local landlords to name a few as well as networking at our local REIA meetings. I have also been looking out for the "BEST" deals, but would like to know what YOU as a cash buyer are interested in. Condo, townhome, single family?? Price...area of interest... anything!
