If you're tired of dealing with joker brokers that can't deliver & not direct to the seller, paper daisy chains, or endlessly searching tapes of garbage for Non-Performing notes that are not older than God, and have a better than zero chance to be worked out again, then today is your lucky day!

Silverwood Capital is brokering a pool of 41 assets of 1st Lien Notes, and REO's. There is a great mix of assets with what we see as low to medium risk because some are cash flowing & current, some that are just falling behind 0-60 days, or have been behind for a few months.

None are over 180 days old, except the 6 REO's, which will give you clear title, 3 are vacant, 3 are occupied. I do highly suggest you never, ever, try to work a deal out with a foreclosed on, or evicted CFD or Land Contract person. It never goes good...

Bring your highest and best offers by Monday, January 29th or sooner. First come, first served. Cherry picking is allowed. Silverwood Capital do not own any of these assets, we work directly with the seller and you will purchase from them. Collateral files available upon request to serious buyers. Silverwood Capital charges a $500 per note broker fee, negotiable on large purchases. Broker, add your fee accordingly.
