How it works:

  • We split the net proceeds of the transaction 50/50.
  • We do all the buying and selling work, you provide all the money.
  • You have 100% of the purchase price available for immediate escrow deposit.
  • We sign a single page agreement and file with escrow. We both get paid out of escrow upon the sale of the asset.
  • The property is purchased in both of our names and recorded. (We own it for about a week.)
  • Escrow remains open for deed transfer to the Wholesale buyer from us (we have buyers lined up on both assets).
