Hey there,

I’m looking for private investors to partner with my holdings group in Philadelphia, PA.

We already have a large line of credit with Corvest. So we have the mortgages.

Just looking for private passive investors to join in on the fun and split the equity 50-50 with.

We put up 70% of the money and our investors put up the other 30%. Then we split the equity 50-50.

Investors get their money back in 1-2 years when we refinance. Preferred equity and then retain ownership in the property.

We do everything from single families where the ask is 75 k to 5 unit million dollar listings where the ask is anywhere from 250-400k.
