Here is another deal for you savvy investors/flippers/landlords

We have a property for wholesale in Kensington CA which is above Albany and close to North Berkeley this is a very affluent area with LOW inventory year around and LOW days on Market when listed...The property is off market and is located in a VERY desirable community in Kensington.

Purchase Price: $730k

Rehab Model 1: Leave property as is spend $80k

Resale Value: Under $1 Million
