Wanted - Investor Debt Fannie/Freddie 30-Year Amortization

Rates have dropped so much that I have to entertain biting on refinancing some of my SFR portfolio. What rates can I get on:

1. Fannie/Freddie 30-year debt with zero yield spread at 80%- LTV

2. Portfolio 30-year debt with zero yield spread at 80%- LTV

Some of the property would be refinanced from Fannie/Freddie debt to Fannie/Freddie debt.
