3 Funds Buying properties I sell to Atlanta Market - Off market

Let me know if you have an Off Market property that one of our Fund buyers could purchase.

Typical deal should be:  at least 3/1, Minimum 1200 + Square feet. minimal upgrades but we don't mind having to change HVAC, Roof, of course regular cosmetic.  Single, Double no garage OK.

Looking for suburb areas of Atlanta - Inside Atlanta to hard to gauge.

East of Atlanta, North, 85 all the way to Jefferson- HWY 78 out past Loganville,   down South towards Stockbridge.

Can close in as few as 10 days-
