Just doing a little preliminary snooping to see if I can find any investors interested in either Bellmead, or Jasper TX.

Motivated seller with multiple properties. 4 lots, 2 with MF homes in Bellmead. Haven't done all the research yet, but owner will finance with zero down. Take the depreciation for an excellent cash on cash return.

House with detatched garage and apartment in Jasper. House rented at $575 apartment rented at $300. ARV in the 75k range. Same deal, owner will finance with zero down.

Again, let me stress that I am guaging interest. I have no contacts in those areas. For all I know, I may just pass this lead on to some one who works around there.
