It is critical that you are extremely reliable and proactive; you have the ability to respond to emails and calls and know when one is needed over the other. It's also imperative that you have a positive, no-excuse attitude. Please don't apply if you don't meet those requirements.

To start, this will be part-time, but it can easily grow into a full-time position.

Types of job duties:

Transaction maintenance

Database management, property research

Advertising (MailChimp, website updates, etc)

Showings, answering and following up on inquiries

Organizing stuff and double-checking
