Remodel Budget Calculator
I am posting a link to a very valuable spreadsheet that I use to quickly analyze potential construction costs for remodels. It provides some unit pricing for some general work items typically seen in the basic remodel.
The great thing about the spreadsheet is that you can analyze the project costs as if you were self-performing certain DIY projects or if you were subcontracting the work.
There are also several auto-filters so you can manage/organize scopes of work and budgets for each subcontractor with the click of a button.
