Coastline Capital Non-Performing Note Fund Open to Investors
Coastline Capital Fund III is open to Accredited investors, offers a Preferred Return, and a Share of the Profits. This is an investment for the passive investor who wants to participate in the opportunities that Non-performing notes offer but does not have the time, experience, or expertise to do it on their own. An advantage of investing in a Fund is that your risk is spread out over the entire portfolio of notes. If you have enough money to invest in one or two notes, the fate of your investment rides on those notes and, if things go wrong, you can face a big loss. If that note is one among many, it will not sink you as the loss can be absorbed by the other notes. We're not trying to lose money on ANY of our notes but it's nice to know that the risk is spread out.
