I’m seeking a nationwide direct private money lender. No brokers I will only deal with direct private money lender’s nationwide please
@Mark Wilder Feel free to reach out to me.
Mark, what is the difference between direct private money lender and a broker? In other words what are the advantages?
@Reginald Truss Brokers are middle men/women in the deal between the lender and the RE investor...Mark wants to negotiate directly with the lender rather than deal with an intermediary. A broker is usually useful if you need some hand holding to get terms from lots of lenders but most experienced investors don't need/want that interference in their negotiations.
Mark, maybe we can help, but I need info, for instance
What is the property type? (1-4 unit, sfr, etc)
Where is the exact location?
What condition is the property in?
What is the exact loan amount?
What is your gross monthly income?
What is your total debt payment?
How much is the property worth?
What is your credit score? (Free on credit karma)
What will be your repayment source?
Do you have any credit reserves, if so how much?
I may have some more questions. Hope to hear from you.
