Private $ lender needed - TX highly appreciating 77009
1) Looking for private money lenders reccs. Have a brrr that I need to close this week. Title has been cleared. Preferably someone that you have personally worked with and had a favorable experience.
2) What questions would you to ask to determine the integrity of a potential private money lender, and mitigate any risk/surprises for the borrower? Like anything when you transition from private to re-fi?
Although this is my first deal, I've been geeking out on BP for over 1 year. I have a re-assignment deal under contract with a reputable wholesaler, and just got a couple of surprises from my hard money lender so looking for plan B quickly..hence the need to find private money.
