Assistant Project Manager
Citiside Properties is a young, agressive, rapidly growing Real Estate start-up company. The renovations/maintenance sector of the company specializes in small to large residential renovations along with maintenance on property management companies. We have a network of investors that feed us projects and it is our responsibility to renovate it for the new tenant or home buyer. This year, we are scheduled to complete 60-75 renovations and plan on constantly increasing the amount.
As a full time Assistant Project Manager, you will get excellent experience, knowledge, and growth opportunities in a growing renovation company. The responsibilities would consist of:
-Receive bids and negotiate with subcontractors
-Manage subcontractors on a day-to-day basis
-Manage the schedule, budget, and quality of work done on all projects
-Put together material lists and order materials
-Travel to all active jobs which are all located in the metro Atlanta area
-Correspondence with the client on any necessary tasks
