Want: Portfolio Lender in Georgia
I am looking to purchase 7-9 properties in Georgia from two different owners. One owner has seven properties and another owner has two properties. Ideally, I could purchase them all at the same time instead of having to take them down in separate transactions. All properties are rented and cash flowing. Two of the properties are duplexes so in total it's 11 doors. Most are managed by a property management company that I am comfortable with keeping. I have great credit, good income, and cash towards down payment. I have several other SFR investment properties however I have never purchased more than one at a time.

NOTE: I am familiar with the GA market and I plan to travel there next week to discuss finance options with some of the local banks.
