Experienced business professional looking for part-time work

I am an intermediate level real estate investor and property manager with 5 doors in Columbus, OH. I have spent the last 2 years as a full-time Dad after spending nearly 10 years traveling the country as a logistics management specialist and multi-family portfolio analyst. I have an MBA, experience building and leading teams and 3 kids who will be starting school in the Fall. :)
I am looking for part-time work in the property management and/or asset management realm to expand my breadth of experience and knowledge.
I am an extremely organized, thorough and professional worker with a great deal of professional experience and expertise.
Please message me if you're looking to hire someone to do any of the following tasks:
- Build and manage portfolio of existing assets including Rate of Return, IRR and any other metrics important to your business and decision making
- Analyze potential investment opportunities and/or potential capital investment projects and provide detailed data analysis and recommendations
- Build start-to-finish systems for all phases of your business including finding deals, financing, inspection, tenant acquisition, tenant management, maintenance, capital investment and turnover
- Help organize your business with revenue and expense tracking systems tailored to your needs
- Manage current rental operations including all tenant relationships, maintenance and repairs
I am available on a limited basis until September 1, 2018 when I will be available 6-8 hours per day.
I am flexible on compensation rate and structure and would be willing to work on an hourly or per-project/product basis.
