Is this a fair deal?
Hello all,
I am looking to do some short sales in my area, so I have networked with other experienced SS investors to get my feet wet.
One experienced investor I spoke with last week agreed to my idea of doing mailing and finding leads (he will be assisting me with any questions that I may have) and then he will take over at the time of negotiation. I will be paying for the mailing of postcards.
If I suggest a 50-50 profit split to him for this, would that be a fair deal? Is that a fair price to learn from his knowledge and experience?
