insurance for rehabs, flips...which company, for florida..

Could you suggest a  insurance company specialized for insuring a rehab, and flip, 6 month holding.......in Florida Jacksonville , St Augustine..

I have a Geico subsidiary for longterm investment properties...but for flips.....I am assuming there is a go to company for short term holds that need work..
