Refi loans with out minimums any lenders?

I am looking for a lender with out the famous minimums. I have house paid free and clear they are roughly worth $50-$60k looking to refi them and pull money out of course. Let me know looking for a 20-30 year term. Or if anybody with extra money want to do a private loan for me while holding title with good terms please contact me. Also if you have double digit interest rate in mind please don’t reply. I have exactly 14 credit cards and all with 10-15k limits with better interest.
