Vertical integration. That's the name of the game folks.
Currently I am an owner in Holton-Wise which handles
- Sales
- Property Management
- Maintenance
- Construction
- Digital Media
- Education
On top of that I am an owner in an Insurance company & a Title company...The only piece of the pie I am missing today is Lending / Mortgage.
I am looking for a partner to start a Mortgage business. Hard Money Lenders, Commercial Lenders & Private Lenders need not apply. I am talking about 30 year Residential Mortgages that meet all of Fannie & Freddie's guidelines.
To be considered you do not need to be a rock star in regards to lead generation. That's what I bring to the table. What you need to be able to do is handle the day to day & keep everything organized, compliant & efficient.
