Hi Justin,

I am in San Diego but always looking for areas offering good cash flowing properties, preferably multi-family (2-4 units.) What type of investor are you (buy/hold, rehab, flip) and what kind of properties are you currently pursuing?

I have been through St. George a couple of times, although only in passing. I don't know about the investing climate there, but boy do those mountains and mesas speak to me!

Please fill me (us) in on where the values are in St. George.
