Cash buyers needed for buyers list
I’m new to the investing side and I’m building my cash buyers list. I’m a realtor and contractor outside of Chicago. I have experience with bidding so I know how to estimate my numbers realistically and being a realtor I can pull accurate comps. I will not bring you any properties just for the sake of hoping to get a deal. I’m wanting to build quality relationships so know I will value you and your time.
