My name is Darren Coleman, I am a Real Estate Investor based out of the Raleigh area. My company is Marcus Valentine Properties LLC, and we specialize in flipping single family homes. We like to do smaller cosmetic type jobs, medium range rehabs, and don't shy away from large scale projects. Our purchase price range that we typically look for is between $0-150k. Anything over that price we still would do deals, margins just need to be better.
