NEVER PAY FOR A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS AGAIN, GET PAID TO INVEST

There is new way to generate the money any real estate investor need to successfully grow a real estate investing career.

The Millionaire's Real Estate Investments LLC is looking for new members , up to 420 new memberships available with an entry contribution/Investment of $60,000.00. memberships/Investments are available in increments of $60,000.00 with no upper limit preferably but can be made in increments of $10,000.00 once reaching $60,000.00

How the investment works;

. All investments are made as a long term buy and hold for up to 12 years

. All investments of $60,000.00 are returned in full after 18 months from date of investment

. All investments greater than $60,000.00 are returned to investors after 36 months from date of investment. 

. No investor receives earning prior to the 36th Month after investment is made. However starting on the 37th month and through month number 144 from the date of investment all investors start and will continue to receive monthly dividend payments much like rents.

. All investments principles will grow at the rate of 10% per year or appreciation

. Al linvestor will receive 2% of their invested capital on a monthly basis from months 37 thru 144. 

Example;

Investment equals $60,000.00

Each and every year that invested principle will grow at te rate of 10% per year and investors will receive 2% of invested capital as income sent to investor on a monthly basis during months 37 thru month 144

In the case the investment is $60,000.00 during the first year investor will earn 2% of $60,000.00 on a monthly basis during the first year or $60,000.00 X 2% = $1,200.00/mo. X 12 = $14,400.00

During the second year the invested capital will grow by 10%.

In the case the investment is $60,000.00 the seond year it will grow to $66,000.00 and the monthly income will be calculated as 2% of $66,000.00 or $1,320.00 and so on year in and year out until the end of the investment period which will be 12 years. 

In the case of a $60,000.00 invetment the principle will grow by $128,305.65 and the total monthly income during the 12 year period will be $307,732.24

Note: Let us say someone invested $120,000.00. Their principle invested money will grow by $256,611.30 and their total income during the 12 year period will be $615,464.48 for a total gain of $872,075.78

In other words in the case of a $120,000.00 investment an investor will grow $120,000.00 into $872,075.78 

Al lInvestments of will grow like wise by 10% and have the 2% monthly income adjusted to the new principle balance. 

It will work ver similar as owning a single property that is appreciating at the rate of 10% per year and receiving monthly rents equal to 2% of the apprecdiating money invested.

No property taxes to pay, No rent to collect or hassle over with anyone

No Insurance needed, deferred maintenance or up keep, and no property manager needed and mostly never a mortgage payment or interest to pay any lender.

Ours is a managed LLC so other than the management team all investors are silent partners, not active in the management of the investment, and are receiving passive income and should be taxed as such. Only the management team is taxed on regular income.

You can invest from $60,000.00 up to $25,020,000.00, that is up to each investor's capacity and will.
