I have a client who falls outside my wheelhouse loan products - The investment property is too rural. Would any lenders out there be interested in taking this project on? I'm not looking for any sort of referral - Just a qualified lender to get the project done.

- Looking for 70% LTV
- Qualified Borrower (Satisfactory FICO and meets reserve requirements)
- Sound investment strategy (profitable exit strategy to hold long term, good cash flow potential, DSCR = 110% using market rents.
