Looking for private money for deals in Kenosha WI
I am a new investor in Kenosha Wisconsin. I found a 2 flat in Kenosha, WI sell by owner. The owner of this property has several other rentals in the Waukegan, and Zion IL area they are trying to sell, all of which need work. These properties are not currently listed on the MLS. I am interested in finding a financial partner to assist in financing of the property in Wisconsin, and possibly another in Waukegan. I am not looking for a mortgage lender. I am looking for a investment partner who has the money and credit for a purchase like this. I am willing to give the larger equity share to the financial partner. I am able to dedicate my time and the resources to manage the future property.
