I am looking to buy homes under $10,000.
I am looking to buy homes under $10,000 anywhere in the US. I am also looking to buy homes out of the US for under $5000. I'm also open to letting an investor give me a mortgage on one or many of their properties. I can also pay cash for some of the ones I buy. I am interested in anywhere from 1 to 100,000 homes. Does anyone on here have access to hedge funds or banks liquidating homes they no longer can afford to carry?
