Flexible lender required ASAP
I am in need of a lender that can accommodate the following:
- No seasoning requirements
- Individual loans
- Loan amount no LESS than $55k ($75k min value)
- Location = chicago Illinois (60617, 60619)
Please note, properties are vacant but expect to be occupied within 2 months of closing.
They can be bridge loans with terms as short of 6 months or 30-year fully amortized loans and/or everything in between. Ability to close quickly is important. Fees need to be "reasonable" as does the interest rate, but contact me directly for more details.
If it matters, the DSCR is north of 2 easily.
Total loan amount would be about $500,000 but ability to finance properties individually is required. I have not have good experiences with lenders claiming they can do blanket loans.
