Seeking: Multi-family in central / south jersey

Good evening, y'all! My wife and I are currently in the hunt for a multi-family in the Bordentown / Hamilton / Trenton / Columbus area that would be good for a house hack! Looking to move into such after the new year. Found a few that we're checking out off of the MLS but figured I'd test the waters here, too.
