Lender needed for $50,000 duplex in Chicago

I am looking for financing for a duplex in zip code 60619 priced at $53,000.  Value is likely much higher ($70 - $75k) since I'm getting a discount thanks to a larger, separate, bulk purchase.  This is the one property in the tape that my lender won't do thanks to the low price/value.  

Longer-term financing is preferred but short term (under 9 months with balloon) is fine.  

Needs to close end of the month.  Appraisal has been scheduled already.
