We are looking to continue to expand!  Looking specifically for multi-family (duplex and larger) within 30 miles of Salem, OR.  We are very open to condition but the deal needs to make sense.  Preference give to 10+ unit properties and to properties with financing options (owner carry with solid downpayment etc.)  If the property is more than $110 a SF and or $100k per doon on a 2 bedroom average size unit then property needs to be in good condition and or flexible financing offered.  We CAN close...we have closed on 40+ units this year and we buy and hold long term.
