Looking for short term private money gap Investor
I'm a real estate broker\investor that has being doing real estate renovations for over 25 years here is California and I'm looking for an investor who wanted to make a minimum return in 3-5 months of 14-18%. I have a project in Encino Commons south of the boulevard that it 95% completed\ less than 10 days or work needed to finish that I need additional funds to complete and I don't want to go through a bank or hard-money given exactly where I am on the project.
