Seeking NJ Portfolio Lender!

I'm looking for reputable portfolio lenders located in New Jersey (central NJ if possible) to fund a triplex purchase into a BRRRR! This will be my first time using such a lender, and so I'd prefer to get started with someone who has done business with BP investors in the past and who is familiar with the community and vice versa.
