Brew City REI Club is an exclusive real estate investment club privately created to help unite Wisconsin real estate investors and share ideas, resources, education and tools for our local market. The group is specfic to Wisconsin and most of the members are investing in Greater Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington and Sheboygan counties.

Brew City REI Club was born from a group of like-minded, impassioned investors who banded together to openly and unselfishly share information to help one another succeed.
The Brew City REI Training Cafe is an experiment and will be designed to be a co-op of real estate investing training and education through a menu of paid workshops, webinars, tools and coaching provided by a variety of Brew City REI Club experts, actual active investors devoted to investing in the WI market.
We are planning the test run of the first section of the Brew City REI Training Café menu—COACHES. While the club has become an invaluable tool, coaches will be able to provide more personalized coaching services such as evaluating deals, strategies, calculating repairs etc. What better way to learn than to be able to select from a variety of local experts with proven success in our market to offer guidance and their expertise.
