Our team needs to purchase 75+ single family properties in the Cleveland, Ohio area in 2019. We won't do war zones. We know the area/neighborhoods well. Lakewood, Parma, Shaker, Cleveland Heights, are examples of good target neighborhoods. We prefer low cost and heavy rehab versus turnkey.
We are also need to purchase 200+ doors of multi-family in the Cleveland, Ohio area in 2019. Same criteria as above. 20-60 doors per unit is the sweet spot for us, but we will look at anything that can be purchased low and leaves room for us to create value through rehab.
