Hi Todd,
Who is the management company willing to take this over?
Is the investment rent ready or does it need some work?

Hi @Marc Sollberger ,
I have a information packet I can send you that answers most of the questions you've asked above.
What email address would you like me to send that to?
Thanks,
Todd

Couple of questions - how is this $17k/door? What are the pro forma numbers (where did you get them from)? Thanks

Hi @Ariel Kumpinsky ,
That's a typo. It's actually $18,250/door. Thanks for catching that. I'll have my assistant fix it.
The pro forma numbers are based on billing the electric utilities back to the tenants (becuase these have separate meters) and raising rents up to market level. Market level rents are based on a rentometer report we ran for 1/2 mile radius around this property.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Todd
