My partner and myself have just purchased a 4 apartment unit and currently also have a rental property located next to Iowa State University. With the two units we have a total of 8 renters and were looking to find a reliable property manager located around the Des Moines, IA area.

Does anyone have any suggestions on who to contact and/or who not to contact?
