Showing Agent Needed - Paid Per Showing & Bonus If Leased

GC Realty & Development, LLC is a growing property management company looking for showing agents. The process is simple with the agent can just provide a schedule of available dates and times and leasing manager will schedule 2-3 showing times per day for 2-3 times per week. Our office practices group showings that last 15 minutes so a showing agent can show multiple properties in just a couple hours. Compensation paid on a per showing(property) flat fee and bonus if that person at the viewing signs a lease. Any agent can work for their existing company or can move their licence to GC Realty & Development.

Areas looking for coverage are as follows(you wont need to cover both areas):

1. South Suburbs to include Country Club Hills, Hazel Crest, Richton Park, Matteson, South Holland, Lansing, & Calumet City.
2. North Side of Chicago to include: Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Rogers Park, Lakeview, and Edgewater
