What you’ll do as part of the Paintly team:
- Effectively communicate with customers - including all estimates. It's your job, start to finish
- Market the Paintly name
- Earn more than your other painting job and have more fun. Oh, and never run out of work. If you do, we pay you to stay in our network (for doing nothing other than being available)
What we’re looking for to join the Paintly team:
- 1+ years of experience (we care more about passion than experience)
- Must be licensed & insured (or working towards licensure)
- A valid driver's license
- Consent to a motor vehicle check / background check
- High school degree or equivalent educational experience preferred; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus
- Good communication / interpersonal skills while providing quality customer service
- Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame
- Able to work well with others (and independently), with little or no supervision. (We don’t—and won’t—micromanage)
- Superb attention to detail (every job must be reviewed with the customer)
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- An excellent painter (of course)
