Brew City REI Training Café Menu

Brew City REI Club is a private social club of impassioned real estate professionals dedicated to real estate investment in Wisconsin and directed by Captain Save A Home LLC. The club has one of the best reputations in the real estate community for delivering purposeful, raw content and for unselfishly sharing a wealth of knowledge.

As the group grew, Brew City REI Club realized the need for more individualized coaching services at an affordable price and delivered by fair and honest professionals (no vultures or giving up tens of thousands of dollars). The club wanted to provide something completely different and outside of the box and so, Brew City REI Training Cafe was born.

The Brew City REI Training Cafe is a co-op of training services including workshops, mentorship and tools. The menu is delivered by members of Brew City REI Club who are considered experts in the crafts they are teaching. Any member of the Club can be a coach; however, there are verification requirements. ONLY members of the club can be a coach.

All items provided on the menu should be ordered directly with the coach (contact information is shown). If you are new and have no idea what you want to do, a good start is a coaching call to discuss possibilities depending on your immediate resources.

The intent of the café is that people will have more freedom to get education on their budget from a variety of local experts and by having an array of coaches, we hope it inspires a competitive atmosphere and will keep the platform genuine, ethical, honest and beneficial for all—the foundation from which the Brew City REI Club has built upon.

    Anthony and Teresa Machi are a husband and wife team with backgrounds in Finance. Teresa began her career in Portfolio Finance at a local Hedge Fund and progressed in her career as a Treasury Manager.     Ann Belter is an investor in the Milwaukee metro area. She recently left her Engineering Management role in May of 2018 to focus on her businesses that she started while working full time. In addition, she has created templates to streamline analyzing properties as well as put processes in place to efficiently manage multiple buildings while working full time.     Michael and Nicole Borowski have strong accounting and financial backgrounds. Michael has extensive tax planning/preparation experience working for several large and small businesses. Nicole is a CPA who specializes in helping small businesses structure their business and books, analyze investments, and forecast short- and long-term cash flow. Michael and Nicole own and manage a large portfolio of properties and have experience rehabbing properties for flips and rentals.

    The husband and wife team started off purchasing investment properties through local realtors. Michael quickly decided he could become more profitable by becoming a realtor to help find and self-deal his own transactions. As a part-time realtor in the first year of obtaining his license, he sold 13 properties while working his full-time job in Corporate America.

    “I always had an entrepreneurial spirit. My second year as a part time agent ended with 30+ deals. I was making more money selling real estate part-time then sitting at my tax position. That is when I decided to take the gamble and become my own boss. I ended up quitting my job and have paced around 100+ transactions a year since then. Not only has this industry provided me with unlimited earning potential, it has also afforded me a more flexible lifestyle as my wife and I raise our two small children.”

    Michael sold 123 properties in 2018 and is now considered one of the premier real estate agents in Wisconsin. He works with a good mixture of investors and forever home buyers. Michael and Nicole also coach and mentor other realtors, including those new to the industry as well as those who wish to grow their business.
