Anderson, CA (south of Redding, CA) is a growing city located along the banks of the Sacramento River, north of Sacramento. Due to the development friendly atmosphere of Anderson City Managers, Planning, etc. there are opportunities for development .  There are developers seeking financial joint venture partners to develop mixed use projects in the area.
