You should always get a home inspection. Most people realize this. Thing is the home inspection only covers what is inside of the walls. What about the rest? What about the property's ability to be a income source for you? This is where I come in. I have built a $50M+ portfolio & I want to look over your deals. Especially those that are in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
