We are seeking Master Dealers to set up Authorized Dealers within their exclusive regional territory. Future owners of these Authorized Dealerships include real estate investors, home improvement contractors & entrepreneurs. This is the general base you will be prospecting to, setting up, training and managing.
Each housing and canopy product we exclusively design and distribute comes standard with solar powering that is architecturally integrated within the structure as “roof tiles”. Each solar panel roof tile is perfectly laid out where it provides a clean, contemporary look for the new solar home, condominium project, or canopy project. Not only do we market net-zero energy housing and canopies, we sell architectural style – all at an affordable price point.
Our product line includes (2) primary groups:
1) Solar Housing (Modular Solar Homes and a Modular Solar Condominium System)
2) Solar Canopies (A Residential Solar Canopy and Commercial Solar Canopies)
This is a high volume opportunity with serious profit potential. The Master Dealer compensation is a 5% commission paid on all sales through its Authorized Dealers. The average number of dealers that will be established per Master Dealer territory is (12). Each Authorized Dealer is projected to purchase $10 million per year in solar housing and canopy products which equates to a $120 million projection per Master Dealer territory.
This is a sales & support based Master Dealer Opportunity with no inventory, no purchasing requirements and no employees. If you have the business acumen, we will train you on everything you need to know to be successful in this exciting, socially-conscious business.
Each Master Dealer will have an exclusive territory that includes a large multi-population region. There are (26) territories mapped out throughout North America.
There is a manageable business opportunity investment of $2,500 required to become a Master Dealer.
