Where Are the Charleston-Based Rehabbers!?
I am interested in connecting up with my colleagues here on BP who are Charleston-based (including the satellites such as Mount Pleasant / Mt. Pleasant , Summerville , etc). I will drive as far as Savannah , Columbia , and the like to work with someone. Debt or equity, debt preferred. I do what I say, and say what I do. I'm more accessible than taking a hard money loan, but more helpful and reliable than if you borrowed from your aunt.
You will have experience, diligence, character, valuable relationships, a great house, and a great plan. And will make yourself available for the due diligence I would need to do before I would partner up with you.
