Experienced Investor Looking for Newer Investors To Partner With
I am an experienced investor(located in the Boston area) and am looking to expand my business into other markets. Over the past 5 years I have completed over 500 deals in Boston(combination of fix and flip, wholesale, and buy and hold).
I have great systems set up and am capped out in my local market in terms of market share/growth potential and that is why I am looking into other markets. What I am looking for are investors who are willing to follow my systems and processes in their local market in order to do what I am doing in Boston.I’ve already rolled this out to a few new “test markets” with amazing results. Now that I know my system works as expected outside of Boston, I will go nationwide.
